PLAYERS TO STRENGTHEN CURRENT U10 TEAM READY FOR 11-A-SIDE
WE ARE LOOKING FOR COACHES AND FIELD ASSISTANTS
Any Coaches interested should be aware of the following
Technical development must come before winning games in younger age groups (5 - 11).
Open to fresh new ideas and initiatives.
Differ every coaching session always with the emphasis on fun and development and incorporate small sided games.
Share responsibilitys of the F.C Spartans club development and fundraising schemes.
Coach with an open hand, not a pointed finger.
Respect the game and the officials.
Help and support will be provided by everyone at the club from coaching sessions to fundraising.
